Representation specialist Baltic GSA becomes a general sales agent (GSA) for Europe’s leading cruise line Costa Cruises and luxury cruise lines Silversea Cruises.
2010
Cruise Academy – a dedicated educational programme for the travel trade in the Baltics – is established. The programme includes product training and represented company ship visits in the ports of Tallinn, Klaipeda and Riga.
2011
Baltic GSA becomes a member of ALTA (Association of Latvian Travel Agents).
2012
Royal Caribbean International (including Azamara and Celebrity Cruises brands) appoints Baltic GSA as their preferred partner for the Baltics
2013
Baltic GSA becomes the appointed sales agent of Princess Cruises and Carnival Line in the Baltic states.
The legendary cruise ship company Cunard Line and P&O Cruises appoint Baltic GSA as their representative in the Baltic states.
2014
Ethiopian Airlines appoints Baltic GSA as its general sales agent in the Baltics.
2015
Baltic GSA becomes an appointed sales agent of Norwegian Cruise Line in the Baltic states.
2016
Baltic GSA becomes an appointed sales agent of Holland America Line, Seabourn in the Baltics.
2017
Baltic GSA becomes an appointed sales agent of MSC Cruises, CroisiEurope and Seadreams Yacht Club cruise companies in the Baltic states.
The launch of the

Baltic GSA rebrands online and offline.
2019
Baltic GSA becomes an appointed sales agent in the Baltics for luxury cruise lines Crystal Cruises and Regent Seven Seas as well as an appointed agent of river cruise operator DCS Turistik.
2020
Baltic GSA as the only in the Baltics based travel company has been selected as Royal Caribbean International Prefered Sales Representative (PSR) in the territory of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
